The abstract must be in English and written in .doc or .docx format. It should be brief, clearly indicating the purpose and significance of the research, and must be between 150-250 words. Use complete sentences, active verbs, and write in the third person.
Within one week of receiving your proposal/abstract, you will receive an email notification of acceptance or rejection. Download the Abstract Template
Authors of accepted abstracts must submit their full paper for peer review. The full paper must be submitted as a Word document (.doc/.docx), with a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 10 pages (including tables, figures, and references).
All papers must be original, high-quality research that has not been previously published. The manuscript should be written in clear, concise English. Authors who are not fluent in English are strongly encouraged to have their paper professionally edited.
All presentations must be delivered in English. Each presentation should not exceed 15 minutes, followed by approximately 5 minutes for questions and answers.
We recommend using a PowerPoint presentation. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and also keep a backup copy in your email.
You must submit a 250-word poster abstract for inclusion in the conference proceedings. After acceptance, submit your completed poster as a PDF file.
Recommended poster size: A0 (1189 × 841 mm or 46.8 × 33.1 in). Print and bring your poster to the conference. Posters will be displayed throughout the event.
Each poster presenter will have 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A, scheduled within the regular sessions.
Virtual authors whose abstracts are accepted can present in one of the following ways:
Your virtual presentation will be scheduled along with other oral presentations. At the scheduled time, we will play your pre-recorded presentation. If you choose live presentation, a live Q&A session via Zoom or Microsoft Teams will be arranged.
Note: Ensure all video equipment and software (Zoom/Microsoft Teams) are tested well in advance.
All registered virtual authors will receive the PDF conference proceedings, a participation certificate, and their papers will be included in the associated journal.
